The following people were indicted on April 12 by the Oldham County Grand Jury, according to information on file in Oldham County Circuit Court.
Nathan W. Venema, 29, was indicted was indicted on a felony count of attempted murder, a felony count of criminal possession of a forged instrument (first degree), a felony county of third-degree assault of a police officer, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening (third degree) and criminal trespassing (third degree).
The indictments stem from his arrest Feb. 22, 2024.
Michael D. Welch, 27, was indicted on a felony count of promoting contraband (first degree), a felony count of possession of a controlled substance (first degree)-third or greater offense (methamphetamine), a felony count of theft of identity of another without consent, giving an officer false identifying information, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, obstructing an emergency responder and having no or expired registration plates.
The indictments stem from his arrest Jan. 19, 2024.
Lido Petrucci, 60, was indicted on three felony counts of an unlawful transaction with a minor (first degree)-illegal sex activity with someone under 18 years of age, three felony counts of third-degree rape, three felony counts of third-degree sodomy and three felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
The indictments stem from incidents that occurred in 2021.

David Collins, 51, was indicted on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (first degree)-heroin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Iasha S. Council, 33, was indicted on a felony charge of aggravated trafficking in a controlled substance (first degree); a felony count of importing heroin, arfentanil, fentanyl or fentanyl derivatives; failure to or giving an improper signal, possession of marijuana and speeding more than 13 miles per hour over the limit.

Michael J. Edwards, 43, was indicted on a felony charge of trafficking in a controlled substance (first degree)-less than four grams of cocaine, a felony charge of trafficking in a controlled substance (first degree)-greater than or equal to two grams of methamphetamine, a felony charge of promoting contraband (first degre), operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, speeding 21 miles per hour or more over the limit in a work zone and being a persistent felony offender (first degree).
