Rocketman ranked No. 25 among Louisville area businesses

A local business with contracts for the World Series, Superbowl and Olympic games is ranked on Business First's Fast 50.

Rocket Man Inc. is ranked No. 25 on the list, which recognizes the 50 fastest-growing independent and privately held companies in the Louisville area, based on three-year revenue growth.

The company received the same ranking in 2001.

Rocket Man specializes in walking vendor management services in major sports and entertainment venues. The company's workforce includes 1,500 individuals serving more than 20 major sports and
entertainment venues across the United States.

Founder and CEO Mark Haertzen is a La Grange resident and expanded his headquarters in Oldham County nearly two years ago in Commerce Park.

The company has appeared in every major sporting event in the United States, including the World Series, Super Bowl, Indy 500, Kentucky Derby, Ryder Cup, U.S. Open, NBA Finals and BCS Bowl Games and the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Beverage company clients include Anheuser-Busch, Cadbury Schweppes, Coca-Cola, Dunkin' Donuts, McDonald's, Miller Brewing Co., Nestle, Pepsi-Cola, Red Bull, Starbucks & Unilever.

Rocket Man has also been recognized by INC Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.
