Two Crestwood residents have been charged with stealing Christmas decorations from Reardon’s Fruit Market and Garden Center in Crestwood.

The night before Thanksgiving, a woman was captured on video stealing the Christmas decorations from the family-owned store around 11:10 p.m.

Reardon’s Fruit Market posted the video on Facebook asking for the public’s help identifying the thief. Tracy Reardon said that Christmas trees, wreaths and flags were some of the items stolen.

“We’re just hoping maybe somebody will recognize her,” Reardon told the Era Nov. 23.

With the help of the public, Oldham County Police have charged Casey Medley, 32 and Jordan Williams, 26, with the crime.

They are both facing the felony charge of theft by unlawful taking, between $500 and $10,000.

The pair is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.
