Greater Louisville meet results

Eastern hosted the annual Greater Louisville Classic cross country meet Saturday Sept. 28 at Tom Sawyer Park.


Oldham County placed second with 120 points in the 51-team event. Mason won the meet with 41 points. South Oldham finished 16th with 518 points. North Oldham was 20th with 637 points.

Katy Chapman led Lady Colonel runners with a time of 19:04.60, finishing sixth in the 365-runner race. Jacquelyn Ellsworth followed Chapman in 21st.

Kelsey King paced South Oldham runners, placing 32nd.

Oldham County’s Hannah Henage finished 33rd while Ella Henage was 35th. Anna Constant was Oldham County’s final scoring runner, placing 40th.

North Oldham’s Katie Giles placed 64th and Asia Franzel finished 111th. South Oldham’s Anna Wells was 109th while Hannah O’Gara was 114th.

Maia Cook placed 145th for South Oldham. North Oldham’s Allison Byers was 177th. Lakin Fain and Aurora Zaranko were North Oldham’s final two scoring runners, placing 188th and 195th, respectively.

Abigail Buchanan was South Oldham’s final scoring runner with a 198th finish.


Mason won the 56-team event with 56 points. South Oldham placed fifth with 325 points. Oldham County was sixth with 328 points. North Oldham finished 26th with 694 points.

Nathan Quinn paced South Oldham runners with a time of 16:49.30, good for 29th place. Ethan Ennis followed Quinn in 39th.

Oldham County’s Spencer Harvey placed 44th while Isaiah Cook placed 48th.

South Oldham’s Theo Bachmann was 49th. Oldham County’s Steven Votaw placed 55th.

Carson Sharber led North Oldham runners with a 92nd place finish.

Caleb Lohr and Clayton Carter were Oldham County’s final two scoring runners, placing 107th and 109th, respectively.

Seth Vorseth was 112th and Kyle Thompson placed 130th for South Oldham.

Theron Varda and Christian Sander were 159th and 164th for North Oldham, respectively. Skylar Taylor was 168th while Joseph Boyd was 185th for the Mustangs.
