  • Thomas tied for lead heading...

    Goshen native Justin Thomas shot a third-round 65 today at THE PLAYERS to tie for first place.

    Thomas hit a PLAYERS championship record 10 birdies in the third round and birdied on the 18th to move to -8 in the tournament. 

    From 193-yards out, Thomas set him self up nicely placing the ball 4-feet from the hole leading up to his 10th birdie for the lead.

    The Lady Mustangs will not only play host to Oldham County, South Oldham and Trimble County for a spot in the Region 8 Tournament, but they enter as the top-seed with a 16-10 record overall and a 5-1 mark in district play. They will play No. 4 South Oldham (1-16, 0-6) May 18 at 5:30 p.m.
