  • Boys Eighth Region Tournament:...

NEW CASTLE – Dylan Snook had the flu two months ago.

He sat out for South Oldham’s stretch of games during Christmas break and has slowly conditioned himself back up after his stamina hit rock bottom.

And when South Oldham’s season hung in the balance against the team that went 19-0 against Eighth Region competition in the regular season, Snook suddenly didn’t seem sick anymore.

  • Pratt: Boys Eighth Region...

While sitting in the cafeteria at Henry County High School Sunday afternoon, I was really hoping for the draw that would give us all the Eighth Region tournament match we really wanted. And low and behold the basketball gods answered and gave us that game right off the bat.
