Goshen native Justin Thomas shot a four-round 268 this weekend to finish tied for seventh in the PGA Humana Challenge in La Quinta, Calif.
The top-10 finish was the second straight for Thomas, who finished tied for sixth at the Sony Open earlier this month.
Thomas, 21, entered the final round Sunday with a share of the lead at -17.
He birdied five holes but took a costly double-bogey on the par-4 16th that cost him a chance at the victory.
Thomas finished at -20, two shots off playing partner and tournament champion Bill Haas.
