  • Oldham County Team of the Year

What made Oldham County’s girls soccer season so remarkable wasn’t just how far the team advanced, but how thoroughly it beat its opponents.

Coach Dan Schulz’s Lady Colonels played six playoff games from Oct. 16-Nov. 2, covering the district title games, three region tournament games and two state tournament games.

During that time OC out-scored its opposition 30-0, even after having to change goalkeepers following an injury to starter Caitlyn Mason.

OC walloped Elizabethtown 6-0 in the semi-state round at home.
