    NOMS XC Wins in Franklin County

    The NOMS girls and boys dominated the Franklin County Invitational meet on Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park, with both teams claiming first place.  Avery Fryman won the girls race (3,000 meters) with a time of 11:42.

  • OCJV take Bulldog Cup

    The Oldham County High School girls JV soccer team won the championship game Saturday in the Male Bulldog Cup Tournament. The JV Lady Colonels defeated Ballard Wednesday night 3-1 with Emily Perry, Sabryn Kapp, and Jessica Watson all scoring. They tied Central Hardin 0-0, also on Wednesday, placing them in the championship game Saturday morning.

  • East Oldham Wins XC Event

    The East Oldham Middle School girls cross country team captured first place in the 58th running of the Trinity/Valkyrie Invitational Race, Middle School Girls division on Friday. The team won with a combined time of 59:20.   • Mustangs run to win

    GOSHEN – Taking back the county title was one of the biggest goals for North Oldham’s senior class this year.

    Now Nick Thome, Quentin Shea, Adam Judd, Austin Metcalfe and the rest of the Mustang seniors can finish their careers as the Oldham County champs.

    North beat South Oldham 34-12 Saturday night, clinching a 2-0 record against county teams this season. The Mustangs had already beaten Oldham County 31-28 in late August.

  • Collins named player of the week

    Citizens Union Bank, along with the Oldham County High School Football Program is happy to announce their sponsorship of the “Player of the Week” program. The week following each home football game, a presentation of a specially printed football with the school’s logo, the name of the team played, and the date of the game will be made to the Player of the Week, who has been chosen by the OCHS Head Football Coach Matt Brown.

    South Oldham’s Christian Dehart wins the ball from an Oldham County opponent during the Dragons’ 4-1 win over Oldham County last Thursday in Buckner. Alex Benson, Christopher Martin, Daniel Weller and Christian Lister scored goals for South.
