    The Trent DiGiuro Memorial Award is a trophy given to the winner of the South-OC game in honor of former Dragon and Colonel, Trent DiGiuro.

     CRESTWOOD — It didn’t happen in the fashion the Dragons wanted it to play out, but South Oldham accomplished one of its preseason goals of winning the county title.

    Senior kicker Drew Koch was the remedy for a South Oldham offense that sputtered at times. Koch was perfect on the night with five field goals to help lead South Oldham to a 35-8 win over Oldham County.

    CRESTWOOD — South Oldham is learning what tempo it must keep in order to maintain competitiveness as one of Kentucky’s premier girls soccer teams.

    It kept that tempo all night against the commonwealth’s No. 1 team, Sacred Heart Academy, in a 0-0 draw Wednesday night in Crestwood.
