The La Grange Rotary Club, with the support of the South Oldham and Prospect/Goshen Rotary Clubs, is sponsoring a $10,000 raffle to raise money for scholarships, as well as local and international service projects.
All five North Oldham starters scored in double-figures as the Mustangs defeated Anderson County 92-83 on Tuesday. Zach Wheeler scored a team-high 28 points and Jalen Henry scored in double-figures for the fourth consecutive game, finishing with 21 points.
The Oldham County History Center will present “The Time Capsule Murder” on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6 p.m. at the John W. Black Community Center, located at 1551 N. Hwy. 393, and presented by the Oldham County High School Drama Club.
The Prospect Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a seminar on violence in the workplace, “Are You Prepared?” The discussion will cover how to plan for the incident that “will never happen” at your business.
South Oldham High School cheerleaders provided fun-filled stockings for each child/teenager in the Good News Homes program. South Oldham High School PTA also organized a toiletry drive for residents of Good News Homes.
