At many functions (before Rotary meetings, at wedding receptions and at family gatherings) I am asked to give a blessing. I always find it to be a real honor to give thanks for all good things, for the gifts of people and for the joys of creation.
As a Marine veteran who served in Panama, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, I care deeply about issues affecting our military. I believe strongly that Congress has a responsibility to consider the impact their legislative actions could have on the safety of our military men and women around the world.
Laughter is one of the best forms of relaxation. Laughing stirs up the blood, expands the chest, electrifies the nerves, clears away the cobwebs from the brain and gives the whole system a cleansing rehabilitation.
