Reaching out in support
To the editor:
I see a backlash online (in the Nextdoor app) about the decision to have a KYGUNCO [advertisement] included with your paper.
I applaud the decision to run the advertisement and wanted to let you know I fully support you and your paper. Far too many people don’t recognize and value their constitutional right to bear arms and the rights that it protects.
I know that people are far more likely to reach out when they have a complaint. I just wanted to be a person that reached out when I was in support.

Apparently there are those who take issue with your choice of advertiser. I am not one of those. Law-abiding citizens should know where to get tools at the best price to protect themselves and their home. Thank you for the advertiser choice.
