Three people were injured when a minivan and lumber truck crashed shortly before 5 p.m. Sept. 26 on Ky. 329 in Goshen.

Pamela C. Biddle, 38, of Prospect, was airlifted to University Hospital in Louisville after her 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan collided with a K and I Lumber truck driven by Michael J. Petit, 27, of Louisville.

According to Oldham County Police, Biddle was traveling north on Ky. 329 when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve.

Petit, who was traveling southbound on Ky. 329, told police he slammed on his brakes to avoid the crash before his vehicle collided with the van.

According to police reports, a passenger in the lumber truck, Desiderio Gonzalez, 42, of New Albany, Ind., was also injured.

Ky. 329 was closed nearly two hours as rescuers worked to extricate Biddle from her vehicle and investigators inspected the crash site.
