Most of us aren’t exactly fired up about going outside and running or walking even when the weather’s great. So when it comes to getting out and getting our blood pumping this time of year, our usual response is, “Are you kidding?” It won’t be long until the sun warms up the days to nice temperatures of 50’s, 60’s and even some 70’s.
