Following is an account of action from the North Oldham Little League from the past week as received by The Oldham Era:
DODGERS 12, NATIONALS 2 - Cole Mesker doubled as the Dodgers pounded out 19 hits to win easily.
Luke Kent had a double for the Nationals.
WHITE SOX 10, TIGERS 1 - Chaz Jackson and Luke McGuire each tripled to lead the Sox to the easy win.
Jacob Buechele had a pair of doubles and Gavin McClarty also doubled for hte winners.
Kris Lennox doubled for the Tigers.
TWINS 8, A’S 7 - Josh Torsch homered for the Twins in this close one.
Daniel Murray tripled while Brandon Lang, Lucas Jones and Nicholas Swaddle doubled for the Twins.
Derek Morris, Legan Veech, Nathan Funk and Grady Rogers all doubled for the A’s.
METS 9, GIANTS 0 - Ben Gibson tripled as the Mets blasted 19 hits to win going away.
Matthew Duvall, Landon Morgan and Wyatt Finnell all doubled for the winners. Koby Huff and Duvall each had four hits for the Mets.
Kevin Woods had a double for the Giants.
A’S 10, BRAVES 5 - Ross Pfost tripled and Nathan Funk and Grady Rogers doubled as the A’s scored six in their final two at-bats to win.
Logan Harrod had a two-run double for the Braves.
REDS 20, NATIONALS 3 - Matthew Teague homered and doubled as the Reds rolled.
Josiah McRoberts tripled and Jake Powers and Garrett Reed doubled for the winners.
Luke Kent had a double for the Nationals.
WHITE SOX 9, BRAVES 5 - Jacob Buechele doubled as the Sox scored five runs late to win.
Ethan Langford homered for the Braves. Jacob Lacey tripled and Logan Harrod doubled for the Braves.
WHITE SOX 11, REDS 6 - Gavin McCarthy doubled in two runs and Jake Brinsindine doubled to lead the Sox.
Matthew Teague led the Reds with a home run while Josiah McRoberts had a double. Jake Powers helped the Reds with a three-run single.
TWINS 12, DODGERS 4 - Daniel Murray homered and doubled to lead the Twins.
Dylan Taylor and Lucas Jones had doubles for the Twins. Murray and Elijah Wynder each drove in three runs.
ROYALS 4, BLUE JAYS 1 - The Royals scored three in the sixth inning to break this one open.
Winning pitcher Jackson Mason had a pair of singles to aid his own cause.
Hootie King tripled for the Jays. Cain Thornsberry had a double.
DIAMONDBACKS 10, YANKEES 9 - Jacob Dubroja three three shutout innings in relief to get the win and also drove the the game-wiining run in the bottom of the sixth to lead the D-backs.
Dubroja had three hits and four RBIs on the day.
Travis Faith and Brody Heil each had a home run for the Yankees. Brandon Howard and Ben Cook doubled.
A’S 11, YANKEES 7 - Zach Nichols tripled and Jon Brown doubled to lead the A’s.
Travis Faith tripled twice for the Yanks with Clayton Wilson recording three doubles.
TIGERS 11, GIANTS 9 - The Tigers jumped out to an early 9-3 lead and held on behind doubles from Nate Pinhas, Tristan Ballinger and Parker Hicks.
RED SOX 7, PADRES 3 - The Red Sox scored all of their runs in their final at-bats to win.
Preston Burton led the way with a double. Owen Walker was the winning pitcher.
RED SOX 3, ANGELS 2 - Winning pitcher Nick McKinney doubled to lead the Sox to the close win.
He was supported by a double from Adam Kent.
Griffin McClarty took the loss.
YANKEES 6, DIAMONDBACKS 4 - Clayton Wilson’s triple keyed the Yankees to the win.
Travis Faith got the win in relief.
Wesley Yonts led the D-backs with a double. Landon Gregg took the loss.
BREWERS 12, A’S 5 - The Brewers scored 11 runs in the last three innings two break the game open.
Marco Valenzuela led the attack with an inside-the-park home run. Josh Long had a triple and a double. Travis Henderson tripled.
Jacob Bates led the A’s with a triple and a double. Zack Nicholas had a triple.
YANKEES 7, ROYALS 6 - Winning pitcher Travis Faith and Charlie Wethington homered to give the Yanks the tight win.
Clayton Wilson doubled twice for the winners. Ben Cook and Clayton Duncan also had doubles.
Jackson Mason and Ryan Lawrence had homers for the Royals. Nick Wise doubled twice and drove in two runs.
ANGELS 8, PADRES 7 - The Angels scored two in the bottom of the sixth to win.
Ben Reinbold was the winning pitcher.
Jake Bradshaw tripled for the Padres with Matthew Scott doubling.
DIAMONDBACKS 15, BLUE JAYS 8 - Wesley Yonts doubled to help the D-backs take the win.
Jacob Dubroja was the winning pitcher.
Hootie King had a double for the Jays.
A’S 6, ANGELS 5 - Winning pitcher Jacob Bates tripled as the A’s scored two in their last at-bat to win.
Zack Nicholas and Griffin Snyder each had a double for the A’s.
Griffin McClarty kept the Angels close with a triple and a double. Tanner Finch and Ben Reinbold had doubles.
CARDINALS 9, ROYALS 3 - The Cards jumped ahead with seven runs in the first two innings and never looked back.
Jacob Russell’s three-run double was the key hit for the winners.
PADRES 9, BREWERS 7 - Logan Lusk and Jake Bradshaw each doubled twice to key the Padres.
Winning pitcher Joey Hackworth also doubled.
Austin Volz and Jackson Gibson doubled for the Brewers.
YANKEES 19, BLUE JAYS 5 - Winning pitcher Clayton Wilson had a monster game with two doubles and eight RBIs as the Yanks rolled.
Ben Cook also doubled for the winners.
RED SOX 9, DIAMONDBACKS 4 - The Red Sox broke this one open with five runs in the fifth inning.
Trey Wills led the winners’ attack with a home run and a double. Andrew Tetidrick, Zach Pate and Adam Kent all doubled for the Sox.
Alex Roberts doubled for the D-backs.
YANKEES 13, BLUE JAYS 5 - Winning pitcher Clayton Duncan doubled and singled twice to lead the Yanks.
Sean Connaughton doubled and Cameron McKinney singled twice for the winners.
Hootie King paced the Jays with a double and single.
REDS 7, ASTROS 4 - The Reds scored three in the top of the sixth then rode the strong pitching of Chris Trombley to the win.
Trombley came in in relief and struck out eight. Trace Powell and Max Mueller tripled for the Reds.
Jaxon Lashley, Tyler Caswell, Trombley and Griffin Diedrick all doubled for the Reds.
Austin Veech tripled and drove in two runs for the Astros. Bryan Presley had a double.
DODGERS 9, PHILLIES 5 - Winning pitcher Jacob Irwin hit a home run to lead the Dodgers to the win.
Bryce Cook had a home run for the Dodgers. Losing pitcher John McCarthy tried to rally the Phillies with a home run and a double.
REDS 20, ASTROS 3 - The Reds dominated this one with an eight-run second inning.
Winning pitcher Trace Powell threw a one-hitter. Austin Combs led the Reds’ offense with a home run and drove in four runs. Chris Trombley had a double and single and scored twice.
PHILLIES 7, DODGERS 6 - Laymon Durbin homered and tripled to help the Phillies win this tight one.
JR Beatty was the winning pitcher.
Dylan Smith tripled for the Dodgers. Allen Clark and Alex Coile had doubles.
CUBS 7, A’S 6 - Zach Dodson tripled twice and double to lead the Cubs.
Brian Barmantje and Kyria Finnell doubled for the Cubs. Allen Farrow got the win on the mound.
Ben Bethay led the A’s with a triple. Cory Reinert, Ben Congleton and Josh Dumm all doubled for the A’s.
PIRATES 10, RAYS 1 - Austin Berger and Jon Queenan tripled to the lead the Rays to the easy win.
Winning pitcher Brennan Byrd had a double as did Grant Williams.
Byrd also teamed with Williams and Berger to turn a double play. Michael McCarty had a home run for the Rays. Luke Weihe doubled.
A’S 5, DODGERS 3 - The A’s punched across four runs in the third inning to win.
Madison Job was the winning pitcher. Trevor St. Clair led the winners with a double. Nicholas Reppon doubled for the Dodgers.
PIRATES 6, ASTROS 3 - Grant Williams homered and doubled to lead the Pirates. Zach Lang tripled and doubled. Austin Berger was the winning pitcher.
Austin Veech took the loss, but struck out seven batters.
