South Oldham advances with win: Lady Dragons forced North Oldham into 40 turnovers in winning effort

It didn’t take the South Oldham Lady Dragons long to get started but once they did, they never looked back, blitzing rival North Oldham 62-23 Tuesday night in the opening round of the 29th district tournament at Oldham County.
In addition to a fast-paced offense that controlled tempo from the opening tip, South Oldham’s suffocating defense kept the Lady Mustangs at bay, forcing 40 turnovers on the night.
