Sewer district may close Orchard Grass plant
A sewage treatment plant in Orchard Grass Hills facing capacity and operational problems may be shut down and its customers deferred to a nearby Metropolitan Sewer District plant. The switch to MSD may increase sewage bills for Orchard Grass Hills customers by $6 or $7 a month.
