Second phase of Pond Creek to include 110 lots off Ky. 1793

Planners approved development plans for a second section of Pond Creek subdivision on Tuesday. The 110 lots, where home prices will range from $300,000 to $500,000, are located on 78 acres on Ky. 1793. The first section of Pond Creek, which is currently being developed, includes 25 lots on 18 acres. The new portion of the neighborhood will include 32 acres of open space, and boasts 1.6-acre lots. The median size of the lots is 14,500 square feet. The first section of Pond Creek was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission in June 2004. The Commission unanimously approved the development at the Planning and Zoning meeting Tuesday.
