Scam uses KFC's name, logo with promise of gift card

The Better Business Bureau of Louisville, Southern Indiana, and Western Kentucky is warning consumers to not fall for a scam that involves Kentucky Fried Chicken. BBB received a complaint from a consumer who stated she was contacted by the company with an e-mail stating that if she completed a survey she would get a $100 gift card from KFC. This e-mail did not come from Louisville YUM! Brand’s KFC. The consumer went on to state that she completed a lengthy survey on KFC related items, other companies, and even submitted her e-mail address, home address, and phone numbers.
