Plans are under way to replace the crumbling 96 year-old one-lane bridge over Harrods Creek on River Road in Prospect. Louisville Metro Public Works will expand the bridge to two lanes, with construction scheduled to begin this summer and last about nine months to one year, Louisville Metro Engineering Supervisor Chris Phillips said.
