POLICE: Missing Crestwood woman found unharmed in Louisville

A Crestwood woman reported missing on Feb. 11 has been located by police and is unharmed. 

Katherine “Katie” Denise Bush was last seen outside the Java Brewing Co. coffee shop on Norton Healthcare Boulevard at Ky. 22 and the Gene Snyder Freeway in Louisville.

Family and friends distributed a flier including Bush's photograph and identifying information.

Louisville Metro Police located the woman a week later on Feb. 18. According to a press released from Oldham County Police, Bush has communicated with her family and is unharmed.

OCPD spokesperson Jim Laytham said Monday that specific details related to Bush's disappearance will not be released with respect for the woman her family.

Laytham said no foul play or criminal involvement is suspected.

Bush, a native of Ventura, Calif., is a 2008 graduate of South Oldham High School.
