Police believe Russell Avenue fight was result of a drug deal gone bad

Law enforcement and EMS personnel were called to the 600 block of Russell Avenue Jan. 20 following what police call a drug deal gone bad. About 4:25 p.m., four men were involved in a fight along Russell Avenue.

According to police, the fight drew many residents from their apartments to see what was taking place. A warrant was issued for at least one man believed to be involved in the fight.
