The Oldham County Singers Community Choir will provide a special performance on Oldham County’s famous songwriters as part of the Smithsonian Institute’s “New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music” exhibit that opens March 10-April 21 at the Oldham County History Center.
The program includes famous composers of Oldham County’s past such as 20th century pop artist, Buddy Pepper who wrote “Vaya Con Dios” and 19th century composer, W. S. Haye’s “Evangline”.
