Oldham residents have two options for recycling

-A A +A
By Laura Hagan

Oldham residents have two options to start recycling their household items – contract curbside service from Industrial Disposal and a self-service dropoff center in Buckner maintained by Oldham government.

For $4.50 a month, ID offers curbside removal of recyclables every other week.

LaVerne Howze, ID’s customer service manager, said the company has completed two of five phases within the county to get residents signed up. Residents should receive a postcard with information about purchasing the service.
