An Oldham County grand jury recently handed up the following indictments.
Kari Clark, 23, is charged with receiving stolen property over $10,000 and second-degree forgery.
According to the indictment, Clark allegedly retained jewelry belonging to Stan and Laura Clark between Feb. 1 and June 30, 2010, while knowing or having reason to believe it had been stolen.
On July 21, Clark allegedly committed forgery.
Her co-defendant is Darrell Shane Austin.
Darrell Shane Austin, 28, is charged with receiving stolen property over $10,000.
