Pamela S. Willoughby, 29, 169 Persimmon Ridge Drive, Louisville, arrested by OCPD Nov. 9, careless driving, DUI.Daniel Gomez Pablo, 34, 11 E. Madison St., No. 2, La Grange, arrested by OCPD Nov. 7, careless driving, no operator’s license, open alcoholic container, DUI.

Samuel J. Harper, 18, 1204 Bardstown Road, Louisville, arrested by OCPD Nov. 4, two counts wanton endangerment, possession of controlled substance (date rape drug), criminal possession of forged instrument (fake Arkansas driver’s license.) 

Daniel P. Queenan, 40, 6210 Old La Grange Road, Crestwood, arrested by OCPD Nov. 11, DUI.

Joseph G. Carpenter, 24, 701 Waterford Road, Louisville, arrested by OCPD Nov. 3, receiving stolen property over $300, improper signal, license to be in possession, trafficking marijuana.
