Oldham County escapes Trimble 81-71

The Oldham County Boys’ Basketball team defeated Trimble County on Dec. 14 81-71.

The Colonels looked to rebound after their loss on Dec. 11 loss to second ranked Bullitt East, 50-43. Oldham County took the lead early through fast-breaks, jumping out to a 7-2 lead. With the help of a Connor Hicks jumper and Austin Wills back-to-back 3-pointers, they would stretch it to 15-8. Oldham County would end the first quarter with a 22-14 lead.
