North's Martorana overcomes odds to win title

CRESTWOOD – Chris Martorana never quit believing – even when doctors told him he would likely never wrestle again after suffering a back injury three years ago.Martorana, a North Oldham senior, saw his persistence pay off Saturday as he won the 145-pound title at the Dragon Invitational at South Oldham.“This is great, it just gives me more confidence,” Martorana said.
