North Oldham High, Middle, miss school Wednesday due to power outage

Strong winds passing through Tuesday caused power outages at North Oldham Middle and High Schools, causing the schools to close Wednesday. Middle school principal Robb Smith said the schools had power back Thursday and were back to normal. He said Harmony Elementary, on the same campus with the two other schools, was unaffected.

Students at the two schools will make up the day by attending Feb. 18, which they originally had off for the Presidents' Day holiday.
