Marguerite C. Wakefield, 95

Marguerite C. Wakefield, 95, of Crestwood, died Friday, August 3, 2012, at Friendship Manor in Pewee Valley.
She was a longtime member of Crestwood Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir for 68 years. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution – Peter Foree Chapter, Crestwood Civic Club, Oldham County Historical Society and the Manakin Huguenot Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wakefield.
