Deer harvest saves taxpayer money To the editor: In recent weeks I’ve been reading about the I-71 deer issues and am a little disturbed about what is being said.   I went to school to earn a degree in wildlife management and have also been an avid hunter for 20 years.  Mayor Carter has made it clear she is against hunting on the property but calling it irresponsible to allow bow hunting shows her ignorance.   It takes lots of time to become a successful bow hunter, not to mention patience.
