La Grange resident will compete in Miss Kentucky pageant

Samantha Winters, 21, of La Grange will compete for the title of 2009 Miss Kentucky U.S.A. on Dec. 19 at the Lovett Auditorium at Murray State University. 

Winters is the daughter of Mark and Jan Viehmann and Michael and Nancy Winters.  

She is a student at the University of Louisville studying nursing. She participates in competitive ballroom dancing and enjoys spending time with friends and family and working hard towards becoming a nurse.
