Hounshell named 2008 KUNA secretary general

Colton Hounshell participated in the Kentucky United Nations Assembly conference as part of the Oldham County Middle School delegation in the spring.The conference was held at the Executive West hotel.More than 20 middle schools were present and each school voted for one of the nine candidates who were running for the elite position of secretary general (top individual award).Colton won and was named the 2008 KUNA secretary general. As part of winning the award, he will go back and lead the 2009 middle school KUNA conference. The conference is sponsored by the YMCA.
