NEW CASTLE - Things may have been going a bit easy for the South Oldham Dragons.
Coasting along with a 10-point lead with just over two minutes to play, the Dragons almost let Lexington Sayre come back before regrouping to win 66-60 in the opening round of the Henry County Invitational Tuesday.
"We made it a little too interesting," SOHS coach Steve Simpson said. "We can't put two good halves together right now."
SOHS led by as many as 18 points before Sayre fought its way back into the game behind the red hot shooting of forward Quinn Schwartz.
