Grand jury indicts eight

An Oldham County grand jury recently handed up the following
indictments:
• Joshua N. Fast, 24, and Katherine J. Fogarty, 24, are indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and theft of a controlled substance.
According to the indictment, Fast and Fogarty allegedly committed the offenses Sept. 17 when they took jewelry and a controlled substance from Glenda Fogarty.
• Anthony L. Dowell. 48, is indicted on flagrant non-support.
