Grand jury indicts eight

An Oldham County grand jury recently handed up the following
indictments:
• Joshua N. Fast, 24, and Katherine J. Fogarty, 24, are indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and theft of a controlled substance.
According to the indictment, Fast and Fogarty allegedly committed the offenses Sept. 17 when they took jewelry and a controlled substance from Glenda Fogarty.
• Anthony L. Dowell. 48, is indicted on flagrant non-support.
according to the indictment, Dowell has persistently failed to provide support between April 1 and Jan. 6, and owes more than $1,000.
•Curtis E. Aldridge, 29, Kenneth L. Aldridge, 22, and Frank A. Hibbard, 32, are indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, three counts third-degree burglary and criminal trespassing.
According to the indictment, the Aldridges and Hibbard allegedly took copper wire and rock crushing equipment from Oldham County Stone between July 1 and Aug. 19; remained unlawfully in a building between Oct. 1 and Nov. 1 in the 7000 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway in Crestwood; burglarized a home between Nov. 27 and 29 in the 7400 block of Grand Oaks Drive in Crestwood; burglarized a home between Nov. 28 and 30 in the 9200 block of Ash Avenue in Pewee Valley; and trespassed on the premises of 7700 Ky. 329 in Crestwood.     
• Victor Wayne Burba, II, 36, is indicted on charges of third-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.
According to the indictment, Burba remained unlawfully in a building June 11 in the 4600 block of Timothy Way in Crestwood, caused physical injury to Teresa Martin and damaged property the same day.  
•Reginald F. Hayes, 25, is indicted on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance , trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the indictment, Hayes possessed oxycodone – a Schedule II narcotic – on May 28 and the same day, possessed drug paraphernalia and trafficked marijuana.
