Goshen man charged for deadly 2009 crash is a familiar face in Oldham courtrooms

A Goshen man now faces a murder charge two years after a deadly DUI crash on River Road that killed an 18-year-old Crestwood woman.
And he's no stranger to courtrooms in Oldham and Jefferson counties. His  most recent arrest in Oldham County stems from an incident in a strip-mall parking lot when police had to strike him with a Taser weapon three times.
Cody File, 20, of Goshen, is due in court today for his first appearance on a murder charge for the death of Caroline Minks on May 15, 2009.
