Harshada Wagner will conduct a free workshop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ayus Yoga and Ayurevda Center in Prospect introducing meditation to the active and non active veterans. The practice of sitting Meditation is a natural means to steady the mind, unwind the body, and unburden the heart. For veterans, meditation is an effective way to "unfreeze" and let go after deployment.
