When it comes to ideas for the community, one organization is hoping to fund a few of the “biggest little ideas.”
The Oldham County Community Foundation is accepting grant proposals through Sept. 15 to help fund these ideas, up to $2,000 per proposal. About $12,000 will be given out to winning proposals, foundation board member Scott Whitehouse said.
As for why proposals should be a “big little idea,” Whitehouse said the purpose is to maximize the funds’ impact through multiple projects instead of one big project.
