Engagement Announcement

Nancy Kingery of Ballardsville and Tom Hopkins of Louisville announce their engagement.

The bride-elect is an artist and retired secretary and sales associate. She is a graduate of Oldham County High School and Jefferson Community College.

The groom-elect graduated from Waggener High School and Western Kentucky University, where he earned a master’s degree. He owns Heritage Nursery and is a former Jefferson County elementary school teacher.

The wedding will be  5 p.m. June 27 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Todds Point.
