Rotary foundation offers scholarships District 671 Rotary Foundation is offering seven $1,500 scholarships for the academic year 2008-09 for use at accredited Kentucky colleges and universities.  Awards will be made to high school seniors and present college students.  Applications can be obtained by contacting the South Oldham Rotary Vocational Services Director John Oliva at 241-2934 or joliva@bxlou.com. Applications must be received by the local club by Feb. 14. A sample of the application can be viewed at www.southoldhamrotary.org.
