Dragons improve to 1-0 in district

It didn’t take long for the South Oldham Dragons to get started Monday night, but once they did the floodgates opened quickly in a 90-42 rout of district foe Trimble County.
Though plenty of shots were falling for South Oldham, Kyle Young was especially hot, racking up 30 points, including 17 in the first quarter. That number ballooned to 25 in the game’s final minutes.
But that’s when Young started passing up shots instead of taking a run at the 30-point mark.
That wasn’t okay with some of his teammates.
