Locust Grove Elementary teacher Kristen Young said her wish for her students is for them to know that they are "so loved" by her. Her students provided gifts for an "angel" and collected canned goods for a food drive.

Ms. Young said her students have been nice this year. "They all have very kind hearts and accept everyone in our class despite our differences," she said.

 

Dear Santa,

Howdy Santa! Have the elves been busy this year? Is Ms. Claus good? What is

it like going down the chimney? For Christmas I want an IPod Touch because I

have been kind to my friends and family. I also want a bunny and puppy

because Sadie has no one to play with because Taz died, and I will take care

of them. Have a wonderful Christmas. I also want a baby sister. I have been

good by cleaning my room.
