The Oldham Chamber will host its quarterly dinner meeting Tuesday evening at the Glen Oaks Country Club in Prospect.

This event features Crit Luallen, Kentucky State Auditor as well as a celebration for the 2011 Class of Leadership Oldham County.

Luallen was elected Kentucky’s Auditor of Public Accounts in November, 2003 and re-elected in 2007.  She served nearly seven years as Secretary of the Governor’s Executive Cabinet, the Chief Operating Officer of state government.  Ms. Luallen is known for her professional and tough approaches to community expenditures.  Since being elected, her office has uncovered millions of dollars in government fraud and questionable expenditures.

Luallen is a native of Frankfort and a graduate of Centre College.

The Chamber will also be recognizing the 2011 Class of Leadership Oldham County, a nine-month program offering business leaders a chance to learn more about Oldham County services and assets.  Sixteen business leaders will be recognized this year as well as three high school seniors.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. Reservations are required. Call 222-1635 for information.
