Oldham County’s $19 million budget for 2009-10 includes raises for county employees at the end of 2009.
Chief Financial Officer Shawn Boyle calls it a “maintenance budget,” meaning there’s no significant growth or reduction, and officials are maintaining county services.
The county went to a high-deductible health care plan, which Boyle said allows county government to maintain the rates at a level of zero growth.
