Brownsboro landscaper reaches settlement for employing 12 undocumented Mexican workers

Eleven of the 12 Mexican men arrested during an immigration and customs enforcement sweep of Exterior Design landscaping company are still housed in the Grayson County jail awaiting deportation.

Attorney David Funke said Dean Hedges, owner of Exterior Design, has reached an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs officials requiring an undetermined probation period and a $48,000 fine.
