Angel Food Ministries

Here is the January Menu for Angel Food Ministries, a non-profit, non-denominational organization that provides fresh and frozen food items sold at about half the price to help people with their grocery bills.

Anyone of any income level can buy the food.

January Menu, $30

1.25 pounds Bacon Wrapped Beef Filets (five 4-ounce)

4 pounds Individually Frozen Chicken Leg Quarters

2 pounds Lean Hamburger Steaks (four 8-ounce)

1.5 pounds Boneless Pork Roast

1.25 pounds Meaty Beef Short Ribs
