14 teachers earn National Board Certification

Fourteen Oldham County teachers successfully completed the process for National Board Certification. Oldham County has the highest percentage of teachers who are nationally board certified, with only three fewer certified teachers than Jefferson County.

The teachers were: Heidi Cantrell and Tamme Clawson from Kenwood Station Elementary; Kim Fitzgerald, Scott Gerlach, Lynette Newkirk, Tammy Redecker and Tara Steedly from Oldham County High School; Laura Mattingly, Jennifer Napier and Robert Parker from South Oldham Middle School; Jenny Graff from Buckner Elementary School; Alison Hafner from Harmony Elementary School; Clay Holbrook from South Oldham High School; and Bonnie Lindsay from East Oldham Middle School.
